Problem
Nyenrode Business University is one of the five private universities in the Netherlands, offering academic education aimed at the business community. Information about the courses in this range can be found on the Nyenrode website, where the registration forms for the courses can also be found.
Manually maintaining the forms for each course was a labour-intensive and time-consuming process. With changes that often had to be added or taken over from internal systems at the last minute.
Solution
The forms on the website have been replaced by Diamond dynamic forms. Via a link with Nyenrode's systems and databases, the forms are automatically supplemented with the unique data per study programme. Visitors see a dynamic form on the website with the correct data depending on the selected study programme, completely in Nyenrode's styling.
Diamond's multilingual forms are a perfect match for Nyenrode's international target group. And if an extra language needs to be added to a form later, you can easily arrange this yourself via the form editor.

Previously, data was manually adjusted within the forms to match the various courses, with Diamond this is no longer necessary. Diamond retrieves the data for each unique program and displays it directly in the form. In this way, registrations for courses that are actually already at capacity are prevented. When all start dates for a course are full, the form will indicate that registration is no longer possible.
